During my recent stay at a hotel in Vladivostok, I had a great experience. The location was perfect, with the harbor, train station, convenience store, and a restaurant with vegetarian options all within a short walking distance. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and I appreciated the separate bed and sitting areas. The presence of a big fridge was a plus. Despite some street noise, it didn't bother me much. The hotel offered various facilities like elevators, pool-room, and ironing facilities. The breakfast, although basic, had a decent selection. I found the price reasonable and got exactly what I expected.

Some of the staff spoke fluent English and most of the others spoke enough English to communicate ok. They were very professional and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is well located and is a bit old style Russian but it has a nice charm to it. I had a suite and it was wonderful and less than a single room at some of Vladivostok's other hotels. It's great value for money and I'd be happy to stay there again.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, which were clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location is unbeatable, as it is very close to the Vladivostok train station and just a short walk away from supermarkets and other conveniences.
While everything else was ok, it would be great if the hotel could improve the quality of their coffee served during breakfast.

We liked the attitude of the personnel, in particular the receptionist, who went out of her way, to help us, even though she spoke very little English and we hardly any Russian. She helped us change currency, eventhough she was not obliged to, saw to it that we had some packed breakfast, because we had to leave early, before breakfast time. Full marks for walking the extra mile!
Just an idea for next time the hotel is due for renovation: Maybe the entrance door could be a bit wider, we had some difficulty getting through with a bag in each hand.

Close to station: This hotel's location is perfect for travelers arriving or departing from the railway station. It's just a short walk away, even with heavy luggage, making it convenient and time-saving.
All essential needs were met.

Not far from the main central station. Polite staff at the reception.
Value for money is not the best, but accomodation in Vladivostok is expensive.

Great Hotel, staff courteous, friendly and helpful, suite rooms great value for money in an otherwise heavily overpriced hotel market. I normally stay at Hyundai, rooms twice the price and half as good. Hotel lacks style perhaps, but if want you want is good value 3.5-4.0 star hotel with comfortable bed and good bathroom in good location this hotel is it.
No fitness centre and sauna not operating during my stay, and Vladivostok is not ideal place to run

The hotel is in a great location near the train station, making it easy to get to the city center. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the staff were very accommodating. We also appreciated the on-site parking.
It was all superb.

Handy to Station: I was pleasantly surprised by how conveniently located this hotel was, being so close to the train station. It made my arrival and departure very easy, especially with my heavy luggage in tow.
All was fine: I honestly couldn't find any major issues during my stay at this hotel. Everything seemed to be in order and I had a comfortable experience.

I want to say with sincere honesty, that my stay at Hotel Zemchuzhina was the most pleasant stay in my time in Russia. I have passed the details on to my travel agent, and recommend they use your services on any occasion. Thank you for a wonderful if not short stay. Sincerely, Phil Randall

Fare price and rather good location.
Typically soviet-refurbished hotel. Clean but full of little issues. For example you knock your head against wash basin shelf every time you wash your face. And so on.
